A couple of weeks ago I purchase a gorgeous stocking and clay tags from the lovely Ness at Marley and Lockyer.
I was sooo delighted with them...
.
Thanks Ness
I have also spent some of my birthday gift card on these....
We also needed a calender and this was the perfect solution.... all from Bed Bath N Table
I needed some storage for the kitchen and these jars from Provincial Home Living ...were a fabulous price....I have been after a wire basket for a long time..couldn't believe my luck when I found this at a junk dealer...still need more though....
The old silver trophy came from the same place..
And remember those gorgeous cafe curtains that I found in spotlight....well here they are cut and re sewn adorning the doors of my repainted TV cabinet.
And there is a beautiful bird tag from the gorgeous Michele at paper tree design. I won some in her giveaway and they were so fantastic I purchased more.... you can find her here
Yes I know I promised to show this room but it is no where near finished.. I hope to have it done soon but the sewing of couch covers has proven to be a mammoth job.
Also need to find the perfect lamps...oh well these things take time...
Sometime and some how I still need to shop for Christmas....sigh ...panic.....scream...panic..
Have a fabulous weekend..
Your new purchase are all so lovely, I really like your new calender it looks wonderful, actually I really like all of your new things. Have a great weekend Kym. xx
ReplyDeleteYour buys are terrific as is your taste. I have the same provincial living jars and almost the same carte postale calender. We use it everyday. Now is the fabric on the sideboard, the cafe curtains? I am been keeping an eye out to see what you do with it. It looks great. Nice work Kym.
ReplyDeleteHi Kym....!
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU so much for dropping by to help celebrate my 100th post....I'm CHUFFED you liked the line up of prizes.... :o) !!
I'm LOVING your colour scheme and am wondering what colour your sideboard is....It looks black but not a TRUE black....Also is it a low sheen or a matt....I think it looks VERY handsome....!
Well I must away....Your entries are in the tub & I have my fingers for LUCK....!
Cheers for now,
Tamarah :o)
....CROSSED for LUCK....DOH....!

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous! Love it all! Don't you just love Bed Bath N table and Provincial Home Living! I'm hoping to get vouchers from each for Christmas! I have those apples and pasta in my chicken canisters too! Love what you have done with the Spotlight cafe curtains.
ReplyDeleteAh, Kym! Utter gorgeousness. A woman after my own heart. Now I'm going to ask Mr Google if BB&T have an online shop as we don't have one in Hobart :(. Oh, and I'm going to case the joint at Spotlight tomorrow - that fabric is divine. Most impressive! J x
ReplyDeleteHi Kym,

It does take time, which I've decided is a good thing! That way you'll probably bump into the perfect piece..You bought some gorgeous things..Rachaelxx
ReplyDeleteI like it that rooms take time to do. If they'`re done all at once I sometimes think the effect can be a bit flat.
ReplyDeleteI love all your new buys. The calendar looks especially gorgeous.
