A grown up bedroom space with a touch of charcoal grey...

There have been a lot of before and after posts on this blog recently. This post is not a before and after (mainly because I have no before pics) but rather an update of the spaces the young adults in this home frequent.

Having young adults living at home brings with it the challenge of allowing them to develop own personal spaces where they feel connected to their surroundings.

Luckily both girls enjoy having input into their spaces that reflect their personal style and preferences. I have loved watching them develop.

  2. As reported by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the one and ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(And actually, it is not related to genetics or some secret-exercise and EVERYTHING to about "how" they are eating.)

BTW, I said "HOW", not "what"...
