Still sewing

Last week I started working on a bit of a redo of our lounge room.......

it is still a work in progress...but I'm on my way.

So off to Spotlight I went  looking for some inspiration...and  some fabric for a little project...when out of the

corner of my eye.....

I spotted these

....Hmmm ....but I don't need a cafe curtain....but what is that I see???

 Nooo it couldn't be......

yes it was, the cafe curtains were really made from

some gorgeous script fabric...buuuuutttttttt.......

I just had to have them

So like all good bloggers I had to think of another way to use said fabric/cafe curtain!!!!!

On my big day out

I was also looking for something like a bus roll...

and found these....in Adairs...

great tea towels....

some great Aussie beaches....

but I had other plans for these toooo...

just a peek......

and what is that I hear you say....

could mr K have given in.....to painting some of that gorgeous timber furniture????

Surely not......

I promise to reveal more when the sewing is complete....

and I'm also looking for some lamps!!!!

So hard to chose a style...

still very undecided on that one..very tempted by something industrial
